- Assist the Administration Manager to handle general office administration duties;
- Handle travel arrangement and hotel reservation;
- Handle incoming telephone calls and inquiries;
- provide office secretarial support to management;
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Diploma or above;
- At least 1-2 years solid administrative support experience;
- Outgoing and helpful personality;
- Well-organized, attention to details, efficient, multi-tasking and good team player;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must;
- Proficient in MS office applications;
- Immediate available is preferred.
