Customer Service Executive
KEY Responsibilities:

- Follow and response enquiries, problems and complaints from overseas customers and merchant by call ””and email
- Handle merchant account opening
- Prepare statistics and analysis report for management use
- Adherence to compliance procedure
- To handle ah-hoc projects as assigned from time to time


- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines (Fresh graduate will be also considered)
- With knowledge and understanding of finance or online payment service is definitely an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A team player and able to work independently and under pressure
- Reliable, well-organized and attentive to details
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese processing
- Immediately available
